The communal swimming pool is situated just behind the apartment and is suitable for both adults and children.
Stairs to the side of the property lead up to the balcony area and front door. Upon entering the apartment you will find the living room/dining room, which also converts into a third sleeping area by using the double sofa bed. This area also benefits from a colour television with full Sky TV package, dining table with four chairs, plenty of storage space within the fitted units and ceiling fan.
Off the living room/dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all essential items needed for your self-catering stay. (Kettle, cooking utensils, crockery etc.)
The rear door off the kitchen, leads out to a covered utility area where the washing machine is situated. From here, a steel staircase leads you up onto the apartment’s private rooftop solarium. This area benefits from having the sun all day long and views to the sea and Torrevieja. The apartment is equipped with two sunloungers, a patio table with four chairs, two folding chairs and a BBQ. All for you to enjoy the sunshine!

The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The frosted window is to the rear of the property. The bathroom has a face mirror with lights and a shelf to accommodate your toiletries.
The main bedroom is very spacious and comprises of a double bed, large fitted wardrobes with hangers, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. The window faces the rear of the property and benefits from shutters as well as curtains.
Additional items included within the apartment are:
Freshly laundered bed linen and towels upon arrival
Iron and ironing board
Clothes airer and pegs
Blankets and rugs for winter.
The apartment is superbly situated within easy walking distance of many facilities, so a car is not essential: however parking is available at the front of the property on the road.

Within a few minutes walk you have three supermarkets to accommodate all your self-catering needs. The bars, restaurants and shops of Punta Prima are reachable by foot from the apartment within 5-10 minutes and all are located along the N332.
A further 10 minutes walk will bring you to Punta Prima beach itself, which is a sandy and secluded beach with palm leaf umbrellas, sunloungers and its own drinks/snack bar.
Via Park 3 Commercial Centre is approximately a 20 minute walk from the apartment but has plenty of facilities on offer, such as Olivers English supermarket, newspaper shop, Butterflies tearoom, a Chinese restaurant (menu of the day “menu del dia” 5.50 euros) Indian restaurant, Madisons Sports and Entertainment bar, Harry’s restaurant and bar, Lime Bar, Hilltop Bar, and a mail room with internet access plus much more.
Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (Algorfa) golf courses are all within a 10-15 minutes drive away.
There is a go-karting track on the N332 near Playa Flamenca.

Additional Information:
The apartment is a non-smoking zone. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony and rooftop solarium. Ashtrays are provided.
Wheelchair access is not available. No pets permitted.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of £100 (150 euros) is required in cash upon arrival at the apartment and is returned at the end of your stay, subject to the apartment being left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
Unfortunately, credit/debit card payments are unable to be accepted.
Changeovers are available any day of the week.
Directions will be sent if required. Airport pickups can be arranged. Alicante is approx. 40 minutes and Murcia 25 minutes. There is a bus service into Torrevieja, which runs every hour.
