The property is on 3 floors, has full air conditioning /heating (for a small extra cost), parking outside the entrance and is unique in that it doesn't have any steps to the front door (so no dragging any heavy bags to tire you out on your arrival).
My English representatives will meet you at the property on your arrival to hand over keys and walk you through the facilities. You will also have a Spanish contact number for them in case of any difficulty.
The communal pool area with a separate pool for kids and landscaped garden area is gated and access restricted to residents only. There’s a couple of small playground areas within a couple of minutes walk of the house and there is a hard court area for ball games nearby.
No Smoking in the property and no pets.

The entrance leads into a bright and airy lounge / dining area with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a double bed) and pine dining table (6 chairs). TV / DVD will be freely available but access to Sky channels has not yet been connected. This is the main room in the house with tiled floors and comfortable surroundings.
The kitchen is fully tiled and fitted with an oven and 4 ring hob, large fridge freezer for those cool drinks and ice, a microwave and a washing machine (in case you feel the need to do any laundry while on your stay). There's also those little extras like a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board . All crockery and cutlery is available including pots and pans. A small utility area is outside the kitchen, ideal for drying towels and clothes on the drying frame provided. Finally there is a downstairs loo with washbasin.

The granite staircase takes you up to the first floor which has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the other has 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes, safety deposit box and a patio door leading onto a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing drink. All bedding, pillows and sheets are provided. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over and screen, bidet, toilet and washbasin. All bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
The staircase continues up to the secluded roof-top patio. This is a great place for relaxing and sunbathing . Two sunloungers and a patio table and four chairs are provided and there's even a shower to cool off under. There is a partial seaview from the rear patio.
The view from the roof top patio (pictured) is not overlooked and gives great views over a large Spanish villa with gardens and pool.

You are about 300m from the nearest supermarket for your supplies, 600m from the main bars and restaurants and about 1 km from the beach. A car would allow you to explore the main towns of Torrevieja, Orihuela and Alicante as well as the local markets.

The Costa Blanca is a very popular place for family holidays and renting a holiday villa or apartment is easy and convenient. La Cinuelica is in the Los Altos area of the Orihuela Costa. It is about 5km south of Torrevieja, 60 km (40 miles) from Alicante airport and 35km from the recently opened Murcia airport at San Javier. La Cinuelica is a newly built area of villas, apartments and townhouses, most having access to communal swimming pools. The property was completed in February 2006 to a very high standard. There are a selection of bars, restaurants and three supermarkets within a short walk of the accommodation. The closest beach is Punta Prima, approximately 1km away. On average, the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17°C. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30°C. Many people prefer April-June or September-November when the weather can be near perfect. Golf is the main reason many visitors spend time on the Costa Blanca. The weather is very reliable and the choice of courses is huge. La Cinuelica is still under development but the roads and pavements are in place and in good condition; charges reflect this.
