This is a new town house ideally situated in popular Los Altos on the southern outskirts of Torrevieja. Close to many blue flag beaches, several marinas, excellent golf courses, restaurants, bars and shops. Parking outside the villa freely available.






Attractive 3 storey 2 bedroomed fully furnished town house sleeps up to 6 people . Fully Air Conditioned. Patio area overlooks the large communal pool.

Ground Floor:-

Front terraced area. Covered porch area with open aspect. The Lounge/Dining area has air conditioning, providing hot and cold air. There is a 2 and 3 seater sofa, dining room table and chairs.

TV with 36 english channels, including Sky TV - the following channels are available: BBC1, BBC 2, ITV 1,2,3, Sky Movies 1 & 2, Sky Sports 1,2 & 3, Discovery, MTV, Eurosport / Premiership.

There is also a DVD/CD player (there are some DVD's and CD's but you are welcome to bring your own).

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, full range of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

Utility area at the back of the property ideal for drying clothes.

Downstairs WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor:-

The bedrooms are located on this floor along with the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning with hot and cold air and ceiling fan light, bedside cabinets, lamps, and fully fitted wardrobes with hangers.

In the main bedroom there is a double bed, bedside cabinets and a large built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a balcony looking over the front of the property.

The large fully tiled bathroom has an over bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, sink, mirror with lights, cabinet and bath towels.

Additional Items:-

Alarm system, security grills, window shutters and locks, patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) provided.

There is a large private rooftop solarium ideal for peaceful sunbathing or al fresco dining with 2 sunloungers, table and parasol.

From the rooftop solarium there are views of Torrevieja and the sea.

Restaurants and bars 10 minute walk away.      





BEACHES

The Costa Blanca or White Coast stretches south from the shores of the Valencian province of Alicante to those of Murcia. It is mainly flat & sandy with the occasional area of high land where the sierras drop down to the sea. With its long beaches & turquoise water the area attracts a large number of Spanish & foreign tourists throughout the year.

There are 38 Blue Flag beaches in the Costa Blanca region!

RESTAURANTS & BARS

At Punta Prima, a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive you will find many shops, bars and restuarants including Chinese, Indian, English & Italian.

Additional Information:

Prices for the property are per week in £, inclusive of bed linen, guest towels, electric & water. (Air conditioning/heating is subject to a small charge).

Rental periods can start on any day of the week subject to availability.

Please note that rates are calculated on a weekly basis. For holidays of any other duration prices can be achieved on a pro-rata basis (please contact us for further details)

Changeover days/times for bookings are flexible.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure any booking.

The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

In the event that your deposit is not received within 10 days of our booking confirmation we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

A reminder will be sent via e-mail 10 weeks prior to departure and should the balance not be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking. On short-notice bookings (within 8 weeks), the full amount is payable immediately when booking.

A £100.00 refundable security bond is required against loss or breakages incurred within the property. This is required to be paid when paying the remaining balance. This will be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the property. In the event of damage being caused, this will be repaired at the market value. Payment WILL be automatically deducted from the security bond' without negotiation. Should breakages exceed the ‘security bond’, then further payment will become due immediately by the renters.

There is an additional payment of €40 which covers the cleaning of the property; this payment is due when you collect the keys from the keyholder.

We are confident that you will experience a most enjoyable holiday, as we mainly operate by word of mouth and would welcome feedback/comments.

We offer a discount off your second visit if we receive confirmation/deposit from someone that you have recommended to our property.

Guests are not permitted to smoke within the property.

Pets are not allowed.
