Casa del Romero is a new 2-bedroomed townhouse sleeping up to 6 people situated in R15 Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos. The property is fully air-conditioned and fully alarmed. It is located a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the nearest beach and promenade.

A large tiled area with single step leading to patio area, a table, four chairs and parasol are provided for use within these areas.

The lounge area which has an L shaped settee incorporating a metal action sprung double sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, glass cabinet and storage units, coffee table, lamp table with small table lamp, full length mirror, Radio/CD player, Satellite TV with all the usual UK channels plus Skysports, Sky Movies and MTV is also provided.
There are two ceiling fans with lights and air conditioning throughout.
Two collapsible sun loungers are provided in the understairs cupboard for use around the pool area, there is also an iron and ironing board for your use.

A modern kitchen which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and a doorway leading to a small tiled area with washing line.

A double bedroom with built in wardrobes, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, alarm clock, air conditioning and ceiling fan with light, there are also doors leading out on to the balcony which has a small table and two chairs and also provides panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
The Bathroom which is equipped with wash basin, bath, shower, toilet, bidet and mirror with lights.
At the rear of the property there is also a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, safe, chest of drawers, mirror, ceiling fan, bedside table, beside lamp and air conditioning.
There is also a staircase which leads to the large roof terrace which has two sun loungers, drinks table, patio table and four chairs. This area again provides panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area.

The property has security grills, window shutters and window locks fitted throughout. R15 has two large swimming pools that are for your use which are approximately 30 yards walk.
There are several supermarkets, Carrefour, Lidl, Supercor, Masymas within a short walking distance, also Mercadona which is the closest.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Restaurants and bars are located within a 5 minute walk including Indian, Italian, Chinese and English to name but a few. There are also several Commercial Centres within a short drive that have a wide variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
There are several beaches in close proximity, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Torrevieja, Mil Palmera with the closest being Punta Prima.
Golf courses are plentiful within a 10-15 minute drive. These include Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin and La finca.
Torrevieja which is a 10 minute drive away is the nearest large town and has an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and a water park (Aquapolis).

Additional Information:
A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure the booking, prices are per week not per person and includes the use of the pools, electric, water and air conditioning.
We require a £100 breakage deposit to be paid with the final balance to cover any damage, this is refundable within 7 days of the return of the keys, minus the cost of any breakages should there be any.
Balance is required 8 weeks before departure.
On arrival 45 euros is payable to our contact/keyholder to cover the cost of cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure.
Welcome packs can be provided at a cost of 15 euros payable to our keyholder, if required please request at time of booking. The packs consist of Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Water, Orange Juice, Bread, Flora, Jam, Bottle of Wine and Beer (please note that on Sunday most supermarkets are closed).
Taxi transfers from Alicante and Murcia can be arranged at a cost of 40 euros, this is payable directly to the driver.
