Penthouse apartment, with private roof top solarium, luxuriously furnished with all the comforts of home for up to 4 people.
It consists of a lounge dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The apartment is situated at the end of the row of apartments on the top floor of a three storey block, access is by steps. The complex has a communal swimming pool.

Lounge - The lounge has 2 large ceiling fans and is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table that extends to double size. The TV provides approximately 40 English television and radio channels. There is also a DVD player, Playstation 1 and CD player, along with a selection of films, games and CD’s for all the family.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, microwave, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob and 4 slice toaster.
Utility area - The kitchen leads to a utility room consisting of a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Bedroom one - The main bedroom has a large ceiling fan, a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, a full length mirror and 2 bedside cabinets, one of which contains a hairdryer.
The large fitted wardrobes contain a chest of drawers, hangers, laundry basket and a safe.
Bedroom two - The second bedroom has a large ceiling fan, 2 single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, a mirror and a bedside cabinet. The fitted wardrobes contain a chest of drawers and hangers.
Bathroom - The bathroom is fully tiled with a toilet, bidet and shower. There is a large mirror above the sink, towel rails and a large storage cabinet.
Balcony - The balcony has 4 reclining chairs with headrests and a large patio table with parasol.
Roof solarium - The solarium is private and receives sun all day long. It has 2 luxury loungers with headrests, 2 fold up loungers with sun shades, a patio table and parasol.

Within walking distance from the apartment are 2 supermarkets (Consum and Mercadona) and the Via Park 3 complex with a variety of English restaurants and bars, as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant and a British supermarket. Via Park 5 is situated 5 minutes from Via Park 3 and has a Chinese restaurants, fish and chip shop, wine bar.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment;
Punta Prima (approx 25 minute walk), La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive.
A car is recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.
The bus service to Torrevieja is hourly, and the bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Additional Information:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair can be provided free of charge.
Push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
