Upon entering the property there is a lounge/dining room with 2 ceiling fan lights, a corner suite seating four, chair (which converts to a single bed), wall unit, coffee table, dining table and four chairs, standard lamp, end table, table lamp.
The TV has approx 30 English channels, accessed through sky TV including BBC1 & 2, ITV1 & 2, Ch4, Ch5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky movies 1 & 2, Sky One, UK gold, Sky New etc and approx 12 radio stations. There is also a DVD player and CD player.
The archway leads to a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, with a full range of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Accessed from the kitchen is utility area at back of property.
Also on the ground floor is a downstairs WC with toilet, sink and mirror with lights.

First floor is accessed by marble and wooden staircase.
First floor landing – there is an additional set of drawers for extra storage.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the main bathroom.
The main bedroom has a ceiling fan light, double bed, built in wardrobe, 2 matching bedside cabinets, set of drawers, 2 lamps.
The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan light, 2 single beds, built in wardrobe, 2 matching bedside cabinets, a lamp, and mirror. This bedroom has patio windows which gives direct access to your own sun terrace.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, shower over bath, glass shower screen over bath, toilet, sink, bidet, mirror with lights and small accessories unit.
Second flight of stairs leads to the roof top solarium with view of Torrevieja and the sea and has ample room for sunbathing.
Additional items:
alarm system; portable air conditioning unit, 2 heaters, duvets and covers for the winter; safe, patio table and 4 chairs, various sunloungers/lounge chairs, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum.
Bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided.
A communal pool is situated behind the property. You cannot see the pool from the property.
Parking is available at the front of the property.
No smoking in the property.
The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm due to the steps leading to the entrance.

Walk to Punta Prima beach approximately 15/20 minutes. If you like walking there are so many nice walks available to you.There are lot of local bars, English, Chinese, Italian and Indian. So many to choose from. Via Park 3 commercial centre, also has an English tea room and internet café.Three supermarkets: Todo Todo, Mercadona and, Consum all only 5 minutes away. Nearby 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, approx 20 mins, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.Torrevieja town, approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic.
There are several beaches within a 10 minutes drive: La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmera.Las Habaneras shopping centre, with underground parking and a large selection of shops is situated 10 minutes drive away.The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away. There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
La Cinuelica is located approx 35/40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25/30 minutes from Murcia airport.

Arrangements for you to be picked up from the airport if required. A bus service to Torrevieja is a 5 minute.A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. In the event that your deposit is not received within 10 days of our booking confirmation we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Rental periods can start on any day of the week subject to availability.Prices will be based on Pro-rate for any bookings based on anything other than 7 or 14 nights stay.A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.Payment by credit card is acceptable but a 5% charge will be applicable.
