  • A flight of steps takes you up to the first floor where there is a security gate onto the balcony area, ideal for keeping young children in the balcony area. There is a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining or enjoying the warm summer evenings with a glass of sangria or wine.

    Through the metal grill and wooden front door and you have the living/dining room with window looking out to the front of the property, corner sofa, coffee table, sideboard, Television with English channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc), lamp, radio/cassette/CD player, pictures, 2 ceiling fan lights, wooden dining table and 4 wooden dining chairs.

    The archway from the dining area leads you into the fully tiled, fitted and well equipped kitchen and comprises fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric ceramic hob, electric oven and sink. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are provided.

    A door leads into the utility area from the kitchen with water heater and washing machine.
    The main bedroom has a window looking out to the rear of the property and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, pictures, bedside cabinets, lamps and ceiling fan light.

    The second bedroom has a window looking out to the front of the property, 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror, bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan light.

    The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with lights. Electric wall heater.

    The property also has a safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

    The property overlooks the lawned area next to the communal pool. It has air conditioning throughout, supplying either hot or cold air. A meter using €2 coins operates the hot/cold air-conditioning. Each €2 lasts approximately 3 hours. A €2 coin will be put in the meter on your arrival to start you off.

    No smoking in the apartment, smoking on the balcony area only. No pets.

    Beach towels, high chair and travel cot can be supplied if required.

    Bed linen and towels are supplied. The property is cleaned on your departure.

    A welcome pack containing: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, jam, 5 ltr bottle of water, bottle of wine can be included.      









    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Consum, Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, coffeshop and a Subway.

    Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish and both highly recommended.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

    Or we are able to provide you with an airport and car hire at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Rates commence from the first night of your stay.

    Rates are for up to 4 people accommodating the property.

    If paying by credit or debit card an additional 5% on top of the rental price is required for clearing fee charges.

    A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.

    A refundable security deposit of £100/€150 is payable on arrival at the property and returned, at the end of the stay, subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Full payment required 8 weeks before arrival, or in full if less than 8 weeks.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional laundry charge, details on booking form.

    Changeovers any day of the week subject to availability.

    Travel cot, high chair and push chair can be provided at an additional charge, details on booking form.

    Hot and Cold air conditioning is available at anytime of the year and is metered. €2 coins are required to operate the machine and a €2 will be provided to start you off.

    Airport transfer or car hire can be arranged if required.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the property - €30.
