This South facing property is located on the 2nd floor with a spiral staircase leading up to the property.
There is a gate which opens onto the balcony, with patio table and 4 chairs.
Through the wooden front door you have the living/dining room with three seater sofa bed, armchair, flat screen TV with English TV channels, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, coffee table, clock, lamp, mirror, pictures, air conditioning, wooden dining table, and 4 wooden dining chairs.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, crockery for 6, cutlery, cooking utensils.

There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is situated facing the front of the property and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, hangers, ceiling fan, mirror and picture.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, mirror and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, bidet, cabinet and toilet.
To get to the roof solarium, carry on up the spiral staircase. The roof solarium is private and for the use of guests of this property only.
Additional items in the property include;
Hairdryer, 2 clothes airers, 2 irons, ironing board, parasol and base, 4 sunloungers.
For children:
High chair, travel cot, cot net, cot blanket, cot sheet, bottle sterlizer and brush, toybox, baby play mat, childrens games, lego set.
Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Walking distance from the property you have ….
Three supermarkets; Mercadona, Consum and Mas y Mas. The closest being Consum.
There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including another Mas y Mas, Eroski, Plus, Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl, so plenty of supermarkets to choose from.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurants, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located in the Punta Marina commercial centre.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between end May/beginning June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja, and a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is easy.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
We also are able to provide airport transfer with car hire available at the property.

Additional Information:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire, airport transfer or airport transfer with car hire can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY RENTAL PROPERTIES.
