This brand new apartment with an attractive garden at the front is situated in a three storey block. The apartment is very close to the communal swimming pool which is set in wonderful landscaped gardens with flowers and palm trees for welcome shade and new children’s play area close by.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the apartment however, the closest are 2 well stocked supermarkets the Consum and MaxCoop and the Via Park 3 complex with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as an Indian and Chinese restaurant and internet café.



The apartment has a feel cool factor in the summer months due to the large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge.

Also in the lounge is a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed and matching chair, a dining room table and chairs, coffee table, pine unit with 3 large drawers, English Sky TV, Radio and CD player and a large wall mirror.

From the lounge is bedroom one, a comfortable room comprising of 2 quality single beds, pine bedside cabinet with drawer, table lamp, double fitted wardrobe with hangers, large 3 drawer cabinet for extra storage and a long length wall mirror.

Moving from the bedroom you will find the spacious bathroom which is fully tiled with wash basin and large spot lit mirror above, bidet, toilet, bath with safety rail, over the bath shower and curtain and extractor fan.
The master bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed with quality mattress, 2 pine bedside cabinet with drawers, table lamps 2 double fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, large wall mirror, hairdryer and a 6 drawer pine cabinet ensuring plenty of drawer space.

For winter months there are extra blankets and duvets for all beds and electric storage heaters provided in the apartment.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, electric juice extractor for that Spanish fresh orange juice first thing on a morning mmm ! microware, ample cupboard and shelve space and plenty of quality cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils and tea towels. Leading from the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine and clothes airier. An iron and ironing board are also available for your use.

At the front of the apartment is the large patio specially designed with table and chairs for those relaxing outdoor meal in the warm Mediterranean climate.

There is an information book in the apartment packed with holiday tips from Taxi telephone numbers, best markets to visit and where after a 20 minute drive you could be watching up to 3,500 feeding flamingos.

A car is recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.

The apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers.

All bedding and towels are provided except beach towels.

No pets allowed.

There is building work going on in the area so the prices reflect this. The prices for this quality apartment are very good value for money and once the building work has been finished then the prices will be increased.      











At Punta Prima a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes drive you will find many shops, bars, cash machines and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, English and Italian and for a real Spanish evening there is the excellent restaurant Patio Andaluz - but beware of the singing waiters though !!. Also at Punta Prima beach you we find the nearest beach with it’s fine white sand and quaint beach bar.

There are several other excellent beaches within a 15 minute drive of the apartment La Zenia La Mata, Playa Flamenca, , Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras many offering a full range of water sports and bars.

At nearby Playa Flamenca you will find The Beach Centre which has a vast array of international restaurants, bars and Sports bars with live football on big screen.

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

The bustling coastal town of Torrevieja with it’s new promenade, 7 EU blue flag beaches and pavement cafes is a 15 minute drive away. Also there is a large market day on Fridays, a water park at (Aquopolis), and boat rides to Tabarca Island where you can scuba dive. Also nearby is horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca

There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July and August there is a bus service to the local beaches again hourly. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket.

Additional Information:

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a good start!

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Travel cot, high chair and beach towels are available at an additional cost.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
