This "Victoria" quad property was completed in 2004. It consists of a lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It has a large roof solarium and driveway.

The 2 bedroom property is alarmed and has a rooftop solarium.
Walk in through the gate and you have the garden area with small palm tree and gated driveway which has been laid with small stones. Go down the pathway and two steps takes you up onto the porch area which has a patio table and four chairs.
Go through the front door and you have the living/dining room which is furnished with a 3 seater sofabed, 2 seater sofa, unit with TV, DVD player, video player and a selection of video’s (including films for children), stereo, wooden coffee table, ceiling fan light, mirror, pictures, dining table, 4 dining chairs and sideboard.
The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen, with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, kettle and toaster.
The glass door to the side of the kitchen takes you into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

Go through the archway leading off of the living room takes you through to the main bedroom and bathroom.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds, 3 drawer bedside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe and hangers. The window looks out onto the front of the property.
The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and window.
Off of the living dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 3 drawer beside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers.
Going back out of the property and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. A spectacular view especially when dark. The rooftop solarium has a patio table and 4 chairs, 5 sunloungers, shower, b-b-q, plant plots with artificial flowers.
There are 2 heaters for the winter and 2 fans for the summer.
The communal pool is situated a few yards down the road.
There is construction work going on in the surrounding area.
No smoking in the property, no pets.
Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.
The villa is suitable for families, couples, elderly and with 4 single beds golfers.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

The area:
Walking distance from the property you have ….
Two supermarkets; Mercadona and Consum. Mercadona is a Spanish supermarket, Consum sells Spanish and English products.
There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Mas y Mas, Carrefour and Aldi.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment (curry night is Wednesday!)
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

Additional Information:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
