This 2 bedroom top floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 15. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.
The property is 15-20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold).
A gate from the pavement takes you to the lower area which has a pathway leading to the stairs. The balcony has a table and 4 collapsible chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer. With the property being South facing there is all day sunshine on the balcony, making it an ideal outside seating area. There is a distant sea view from the balcony.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden coffee table, lamp, wall unit, TV unit, dining table and 4 dining chairs, pictures, information packs.
For entertainment you have a flat screen Television with English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, ITV3, RTE 1, RTE2, Movies (Action and Thriller, Premier, Cine Star, Xtreme, MGM), Sky Sports 1-3, Setanta Sports and Euro Sport, Sky One, Sky News, UKTV Gold, Channel 4, Channel 5, Natura, Sci-Fi etc) there are about 40 English viewing channels and 14 radio stations. There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's). Stereo unit with CD player (please bring your own CD's), radio and IPOD docking station (please bring your IPOD). There is a small selection of books which you are welcome to read.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
The area to the rear of the kitchen has the washing machine and hot water heater.
Up the external stairs to the private roof solarium where you have 4 sun loungers, table and parasol. The roof solarium is ideal for sunbathing with sunshine all year round and has extensive sea and town views.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps, alarm clock, picture, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with sink, mirror, toilet, shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe, lamp and picture.
The large main bathroom has a mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over.
Parking is available on the quiet road in front of the property or in the underground car park.
2 communal pools and gardens, located to the rear of the property (you cannot see the pool from the property).
Additional items in the property: fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.
The property is cleaned on your departure.
Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.
Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers. Due to the stairs up to the property it is not wheelchair friendly or suitable for people who find using stairs difficult.
Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on the balcony or roof solarium only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.
Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.
Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

Walking distance from the property you have ….
Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Carrefour, Consum, Eroski, Mas y Mas, Lidl, Aldi.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant Honey's a la carte restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Honey's Bar, Lime Bar. Bar/restaurants Liberty's and Someplace Else. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access and an English hairdressers.
Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte restaurant, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Prima Commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Amigos, Captain's Table fish and chip shop, Subway. There are also 2 supermarkets; Eroski and Plus. Electrical shop, English clothes shop and hire centre. Petrol station.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment and their English breakfast is 3 Euros (Feb 08) great value for money.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are 8-10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

Additional Information:
Air conditioning included in rental price.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
