There is a large 13sq metre south facing balcony at the front and a 27sq metre sun terrace on the roof.
The apartment is the end apartment on the top floor of a three storey block, access is by steps.

Ideally situated just outside the town, and about 1km from the main Alicante-Cartagena road (N332). Many beaches are nearby; La Zenia, Captains Beach, Cabo Roig.
Golfers are well catered for with 4 courses nearby; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamar and La Finca.
Further afield is Mosa Trajectum with a 9 hole challenge course, and an 18 hold championship course, and the new development at La Manga.
