This 2 bedroom 1st floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 15. 10 minutes from the town of Torrevieja.
The property is 15 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 10 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Walk in through the gate and you have an area laid to patio, ideal for sunbathing or dining. Up the stairs takes you to the 1st floor balcony with patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises a sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 chairs, television with 10 English channels.
The fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktops comprise a large fridge/freezer, kettle, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery. The galleria area, to the rear of the kitchen has a washing machine and hot water heater.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 lamps, pictures, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with sink, mirror, toilet, shower tray.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe, lamp, pictures.
The large main bathroom has a mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over.
The property has a large private roof solarium with 2 sunloungers which boasts all day sunshine.
Additional items in the property: fully air-conditioned, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.
The property is cleaned on your departure.
Bed linen and towels are provided. (not beach pool towels - these can be provided for an additional laundry charge).
The apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.
The 2 communal pools and garden is located behind the property.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.

Walking distance from the property you have ….
Three supermarkets; Mercadona, Consum and Mas y Mas. The closest being Mercadona.
There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including another Mas y Mas, Eroski, Plus, Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl, so plenty of supermarkets to choose from.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurants, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located in the Punta Marina commercial centre.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between end May/beginning June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja, and a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is easy.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
We also are able to provide airport transfer with car hire available at the property.

Additional Information:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire, airport transfer or airport transfer with car hire can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY RENTAL PROPERTIES.
