This brand new (March 2005) south facing top floor apartment is located opposite the pool and sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed). Air conditioning in the living room.









There are stairs that lead up to the property which comprises, balcony, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and rooftop solarium. The apartment is situated opposite the communal pool.

Stairs to the side of the property lead up to balcony and front door.

Entering through the front door you have the living/dining room with air conditioning, dining table and 4 chairs, unit with TV and DVD player (no English UK channels, please take your own DVD’s), sofa bed, coffee table, stereo, pictures and ceiling fan light. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Off of the living room you have the second bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of 6 drawers, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobe, hangers, the window looks out to the front of the property, curtains, pictures and ceiling fan.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, window which faces the rear of the property, curtains, pictures and ceiling fan.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and window.

The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with stainless steel sink, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery, glasses and cutlery.

The rear door, off the kitchen, takes you out into the galleria area with water heater and washing machine. Steel stairs take you up to the rooftop solarium, with all day sun, a patio table, 6 chairs and 4 sunloungers.

Additional items; iron, ironing board, clothes airer, 4 fold-up beach chairs, collapsible table and blankets for the winter.

Bed linen, towels (bath, hand and t-towels) are provided. Beach towels can be provided for an additional laundry charge.

No smoking in the apartment, smoking permitted on the balcony area and rooftop solarium.

No pets.

Wheelchair access is not available.

Parking is available on the road, at the front of the property.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Two supermarkets; Mercadona and Consum. Mercadona is a Spanish supermarket, Consum sells Spanish and English products.

There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Mas y Mas, Carrefour and Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment (curry night is Wednesday!)

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

Additional Information:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
