This 3 bedroom quad property is on the popular La Cinuelica development at Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 40 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport.
The property has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, kitchen, galleria, living/dining area, 2 upstairs terraces (the front has views of the sea and Torrevieja), sheltered porch, lower garden and seating area, driveway.
The property has 2 gates, one for the driveway the other taking you up to the property. The lower area is fully tiled has sitting area and has been planted with flowers and trees. There is a bar-b-que.
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa-bed and 2 seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, long length mirror, sideboard, ceiling fan light, TV (English channels available; BBC1, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports, Movie Channels, Boomerang, Sky One, Sky News - approx 40 viewing channels and about 15 radio stations), stereo, pictures.
The rear of the dining room you have an archway which takes you into the fully tiled and fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, electric hob, oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glasswear, cooking untensils.
Leading off of the kitchen, through the door you have the galleria area with hot water heater and washing machine.
Also on the ground floor you have two bedrooms, one is the main bedroom with double bed, the other has 2 single beds.
The main bedroom has a large set of drawers, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fan light.
The downstairs twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan light, bedside table and lamp.
The shower room is on the ground floor with closed in shower, toilet, sink with vanity unit, mirror with lights, bidet and mirror.
Upstairs you have another twin bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobe, mirror and ceiling fan light.
The bathroom is on the 1st floor with bath, over the bath shower, sink, vanity unit, mirror with lights and toilet.
There are two terraces on the 1st floor leading to the front and rear of the property. The front terrace has balustrades and a great view of Torrevieja and the sea. The areas are suitable for sunbathing or just enjoying the view.
There are 2 communal pools for you to enjoy, the square pool (as shown in photo below) is the closest, which is located opposite the property (photo with the view from the upstairs front balcony of the pool) and there is also a shaped pool in short walking distance.
Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.
Additional items; safe, hairdryer, 3 heaters for the winter. Ceiling fans in each room, hairdryer, patio table and chairs, 3 sun loungers, cool box, games, iron and ironing board, parasol.

You are a short walk to two supermarkets; Consum and Mercadona. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room, Maddison's Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room which has internet access.
Via Park 5 is about a 5-10 minute walk from Via Park 3 with a Chinese restaurant, English supermarket, bars - including The Cavern Pub. Sally's Fish and Chips and a really nice Wine bar - All Bar Sue.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants, an Indian restaurant, German restaurant, Rogues carvery, Puccini's Italian restaurant and Patio Andaluz a really nice Spanish restaurant.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open May - September), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required, or car hire.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July and August there is a bus that will take you to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Beach towels, travel cot, push chair, welcome pack and high chair can be provided at an additional charge.
If arriving between the hours of 23.00-08.00 a late arrival charge for being met at the property is applicable.
