This 2 bedroom south facing ground floor apartment is situated on phase 1 of the popular La Cinuelica development at Los Altos.

It has a living/dining room, air-conditioning in the living room, English TV, 2 bedrooms; 1 with double bed and 1 twin bedroom. The property is alarmed and has a safe.

Being South facing it is perfectly situated for year round holidays and has the bonus of 2 communal pools.









This south facing 2 bedroom property is situated at La Cinuelica, Los Altos. A very popular area for holiday rentals. Located just 45 mins drive from Alicante airport, 35 mins drive from Murcia airport and in walking distance to a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets it makes an ideal holiday destination.

The property has a driveway where you can park your car, or there is lots of parking on the road in front of the property or the car park to the rear of the property.

The property boasts a larger than average porch area at the front of the property, ideal for al fresco dining or sunbathing. With this being a south facing property you have sunshine throughout the year.

The property has an alarm. Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises 2 x 2 seater sofas, wooden table, pictures, dining table and 4 dining chairs. TV with English channels and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's). The window looks out to the front of the property. The living room has air-conditioning (hot and cold) which is optional.

The archway takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

Another archway takes you to the main bedroom and bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, large fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, pictures. The window, with curtains, looks out to the rear of the property.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror.

Off of the living/dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property.

The property has the use of two communal pools, the closest being the one in the picture which is located to the rear of the property (you cannot see the pool from the property). The second pool is square. Both pools have a grassed area around them, trees and sun umbrellas.

Additional items in the property: clothes airer, iron, ironing board, safe, sunlounger.

The property is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels can be provided at an additional laundry charge (details on booking form).

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly.

Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.      















Walking distance from the property you have ….

Three supermarkets; Mercadona, Consum and Mas y Mas. Mercadona and Mas y Mas are Spanish supermarkets, Consum sells Spanish and English products.

There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars; Liberty's, Hilltop, Lime bar, Two Tone. A sports bar; Maddison’s, a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

Additional Information:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

There are no additional costs for cleaning at the end of your stay.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
