Fountain - Torrevieja
Opposite the Marina in Torrevieja. Some very nice cafe's situated behind the fountain - especially "Carnival"
Great atmosphere in Torrevieja during the Summer evenings. Market traders are selling their wares every evening. Enjoy sitting out with a drink a meal, or an ice-cream.

Torrevieja - Fun Fair and S61 submarine.
The fun fair is situated next to the Port car park. Open during the summer season. Great for the kids and kids at heart.
The “Delfin S61” – is situated in Torrevieja harbour. Built in 1973 and retired from active service 10 December 2003. It was donated to Torrevieja town council by the Minstry of Defence in February 2004. Take a tour of the boat, and sample what life would be like onboard.

Nice restaurants located by and opposite the harbour. Try Brisas del Mar - excellent restaurant.
Fishing trips and trips to the islands of Tabarca on a glass bottom boat from the harbour.

Immaculada Concepcion Church.
Located on Ramon Gallud (one of the main streets through Torrevieja town).
Nativity scene in the plaza in front of the church during the festive season (4 snapshots of the large display).

20 minutes walk from La Cinuelica.

There is a fantastic Spanish restaurants - Punta Prima Restaurante that looks over the sea.

Cala Ferris.
The palm fringed beach of Cala Ferris is located approx 20-25 minutes walk (located to the left of the Nautilus restaurant, if you are looking out to sea).

Semana Santa (Easter week celebrations).
The pasos is carried proudly on the shoulders of the Costaleros.

La Mata Beach.
Long golden Sandy beach located North of Torrevieja.
Approximately 10 minutes drive from La Cinuelica.
Lovely beach with bars and restaurants.

Campoamor Golf.
Approximately 15 minutes drive from La Cinuelica (towards Villamartin).
Opened in 1989, not as hazardous as Villamartin, it is the most panoramic of the courses in the region. Expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this a long and testing course with six “dog legs” to keep you on your toes.

Playa Flamenca - Saturday Market.
Situated in Calle Nicolas Bussi - 5-10 minutes drive or 20-25 minutes walk from La Cinuelica.
This market is held every Saturday morning throughout the year. Its in one very long flat road, so makes it easy to shop - so guys be warned!!
Items include; clothes, shoes, rugs, ceramics, bedding, towels, gifts, fruit and veg, cosmetics, toiletries etc etc. A great market, however beware of pickpockets (same as any market throughout the world!).

Two coves with a recently completed promenade. Den Engel lobster restaurant, cafes, post office and an English butcher located here. Very popular beach in the summer.

Villamartin Plaza. 10-15 minute drive from La Cinuelica. Located by the golf course. Many popular restaurants including Eduardos and Fairways. Great atmosphere, especially during the summer months.

Cala Capitan beach - Cabo Roig
Very popular, less than 10 minutes drive.

Guardamar and Campomar beaches.
Located 15 mins drive from La Cinuelica (heading North).
Very popular and busy beach in the summer. Volleyball nets. Restaurants and bars along the promenade. The town of Guardamar is in walking distance from the beach. You can walk from Guardamar straight to Campomar beach.

Nautilus Restaurant
Located at Punta Prima, approx 20 mins walk from La Cinuelica. Food or drinks. Enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant just watching the sea.
